Dear Member and Guest:
In compliance with the government lock down we will be closed for 28 days as of Dec. 24 at 3 pm. All memberships and programs (Aqua fit /spin/TRX) will be placed on hold. We will resume all services when we reopen. I would like to take this opportunity to thank our very loyal members! Your support over the past few months has been amazing.
I’m working with the instructors to prepare a zoom schedule to keep everyone active over the next few weeks!
It’s important to keep moving. Healthy body …. Healthy mind!
