Think about those times when you’ve been physically active. Do you feel better about yourself during these times? That feeling of self-worth contributes to stress relief.
People who exercise regularly tend to eat more nutritious food. And it’s no secret that good nutrition helps your body manage stress better.
To make sure that you don’t bail out on your fitness routine, choose exercises that you enjoy doing; there are plenty of options that can keep you engaged and active.
The following is a brief log on some of the fun-fundraising efforts we’re involved with. We’ve been actively raising funds for those in need since 1989.
