Focused Sport Training
It may be training for a particular sport or a number of sports included in your fitness goals. Either way, a personal trainer has knowledge about the miracles of your body and how it should be training for specific sports. For example, Rugby requires a well-rounded body to withstand the pressure on the entire body. The same training regimen would not be employed for a ballet dancer who would be more in need of flexibility. Working with a professional personal trainer will minimize the chance of injury and increase your performance levels for targeted sporting events.
Medical Exceptions
Not all of us own & operate a body that is free of limitations. There are limits placed of some of us whether it’s a birth inheritance or an unfortunate accident that caused limitation(s). Commonly known chronic conditions require knowledge and precautionary measures by your personal trainer. You only have one heart and that’s arguably the most important part of physical training simply because heart muscle damage is usually permanent.

Committing to a personally crafted program is fun and exciting. Personal trainers understand member retention often pivots on how much fun is a part of your personalized fitness program. This is where personal trainers may include participation in one or more of the regular fitness classes as part of your program. There are many aspects of the fitness centre that our personal trainers utilize for your customized fitness program.
