I love this place! I have been going for years. So much to offer; great classes, cardio machines and weight machines…don’t forget about the pool and hot tub.
Fully equipped gym, nice salt water pool, excellent hot tub,friendly knowledgeable staff and a dandy sauna in the change rooms.
Been going here for 5 years. Helpful and friendly staff. Great place to work out and swim. Plus aerobics,aquabics,and yoga and memberships are reasonable . I love it !

I love this gym. I've been recovering from a car accident and the team here has been so great at working with my form as well as my fitness. Both are slowly bouncing back.
The pool and hot tub were amazing. However the hot tub could use more power to the jets.
