During the last year or so many changes have taken place at the Pembroke Fitness Centre…

• Stroller Boot Camp was officially launched in May 2019; it was booked to capacity almost instantly after our Facebook post (watch for upcoming classes in September)
• Personal Yoga by Sharon was introduced in May to our members and locals
• Flow and Flowers on Mother’s Day combined Yoga with Jordan and DIY floral arrangements; it was a great success
• Nordic Walking in the Valley with Donna was announced in April offering a highly personalized approach to Nordic Walking (watch for upcoming classes in September)
• 2 Student Fitness Programs were made available to our fitness minded students arriving home for the summer
• 2 Yoga Class, Detox & Super food Events were sold out almost immediately upon announcement on our Facebook page (watch for upcoming classes in September)
• Running Programs have now been growing for 5 years (watch for upcoming running classes in September)

These are just a few of the positive changes we’ve made in 2019 with the intent to add value for members. We encourage you to follow our Facebook page where you’ll see events, fitness deals, announcements and more in real-time. For now, let us tell you more about this new fitness special!

New Fitness Members

New members that join Pembroke’s longest standing fitness facility with certified personal trainers and group trainers are entered into a draw. The first week in September we’ll randomly draw a name from new member sign ups from today to August 31, 2019.

Existing Fitness Members

Because we appreciate our long standing members we have added a separate draw just for you.  If  you have a friend or family member that signs up  for a membership you will be entered to win a 1 month membership and a high quality hoodie.  The more people you sign up the more chances you will have to win.
