Everyone wants to live a long and healthy life. Running is a form of exercise that can help you improve your overall health and you don’t need to train for a marathon to be a runner.
Running does more than just burn calories at a high rate; it affects the body in a number of positive ways. Even if you aren’t ready to change your diet, you can start running and see improvements in your health and fitness levels in just a short time. The running instructors at the Pembroke Fitness Centre will help you discover:

• Pre & Post Eating
• Run Hard Stay Injury Free
• Breathing and Stretching
• Shoe Selection
• Goal Setting/Achievement
Our Running Program Includes:
Couch to 5k program one night per week at a cost of $45. If you wish to add one additional workout per week the extra cost is $60. While enrolled in the running program you have unlimited access to our regular fitness class schedule.
